- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email in both Polish and English.
- Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Maintain clear, consistent, and empathetic communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document interactions and update records to support smooth follow-up and reporting.
- Fluent in Polish and English (C1 for each)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently apply policies.
- Willingness to move to Thessaloniki and work on-site
- Willingness to work in flexible shifts and on weekends (day, late shifts, no night shifts)
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
