- Strategic Planning and Goal Setting: Define short-term objectives, set annual priorities, forecast sales and profits, and predict expenditures to align with business goals.
- Budget Management: Allocate budget resources effectively, prepare, and approve the budget in accordance with short-term plans and organizational needs.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Oversee and coordinate daily operations across various departments, including Production, Quality, Logistics, Finance, HR, IT, Sales, Marketing, and other divisions to ensure smooth workflow.
- Performance Optimization: Drive productivity improvements, optimize operational practices, establish performance metrics, and implement technological advancements in processes.
- Talent Acquisition and Leadership: Recruit and integrate senior executives, fostering a high-performing leadership team.
- Annual Audits and Risk Management: Develop and execute annual audit plans, identify risks, enforce control measures, manage resource allocation audits, and prepare financial reports.
- Minimum of 5 years in a General Manager role within an industrial environment or in a senior leadership position related to finance or supply chain management in an industrial setting
- BSc/MSc degree in Business Administration, Organization, or related fields from an accredited institution
- Excellent command of Greek and English languages
- Proficient in ERP, CRM, WMS systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Strong understanding of production processes and systems.
- Familiarity with food quality assurance systems.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain management and inventory control.
- Basic understanding of commercial and industrial legislation.
