Responsible for various aspects of the designs and coding of programs, creation of test transactions and writing of documentation that describes installation and operating procedures. Writes new systems, designs and codes programs and creates test transactions. Monitors the status of infrastructure resources and performs testing, documents testing results and analyzes infrastructure facilities. Analyzes organizational needs and goals to develop and implement application systems.Responsibilities

You will own the test plan creation and execution, working closely with PM, BAs and Developers.

You will be a critical piece of the release process attesting software adheres to specifications. You will be Designing, Specifying, Writing and Executing user acceptance tests, regression, and functional tests.
You will be writing automated tests and maintaining a library of test scripts and scenarios for execution.
You will have a holistic view of Quality assurance and will participate in every feature of the software from very early in the development cycle.

Qualifications:Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years experience in various test automation tools and test frameworks, (Selenium, Postman, Jenkins and others are day to tools to use).
Experience working with remote highly distributed teams.
Experience owning a test plan and test strategy.
Experience testing REST API testing, Web Apps, and mobile applications. Strong fundamentals on how the web works, HTTP, REST, SSL, HTML, JS.
Experience in at least one programming language (java would be the best option).
Experience with Insurance is highly desirable.
Passion for well written test cases, and comprehensive but practical documentation.
