On-site installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of CNC machine tool equipment and controls
Delivering technical product demonstration to customer as well as training in set-up, tooling, operating and programming of the machine tools in scope
Support to spare parts by determining parts required by the customer
Preparation of service reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing repair information

Your Profile

Educational background in mechanical / electrical / mechatronics or equivalent technical orientation
Several years of proven experience in operation and troubleshooting of CNC machine- and automation-related manufacturing processes
Ability to read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams and mechanical schematics
Operational experience with machine controls
Customer service focus with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective customer relationship
IT skills (MS Office)
Written and spoken English and Greek
