- Act as the primary contact between the company and partners (translators, editors, coordinators).
- Coordinate content requirements, deadlines, and guidelines with partners to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Monitor and review deliverables from partners to ensure accuracy and adherence to content guidelines.
- Content Production and Publication:
- Manage the content calendar to ensure on-time execution and publishing of various types of content (SEO pages, Guides, Ad hoc Requests).
- Oversee the translation and localization process through Smartcat to ensure timely delivery of content for international markets.
- Collaborate with the SEO team to incorporate targeted keywords, optimize content for search engines, and help with potential experiments, expecting increases in quotes and/or trips.
- Website Content and Media Asset Management:
- Collaborate on projects to update and maintain website content, including pages with outdated information.
- Manage media assets related to published content, ensuring a well-organized and up-to-date media library that’ll increase visitors from image search.
- Provide with necessary assets any ad hoc request from other teams.
- Overseeing company's interactions with the public by implementing social media platforms' content strategies in order to increase our following and engagement.
- Quality Control:
- Conduct keyword research for both english and localized pages on the publishing calendar to optimize content relevance and visibility using tools like ahrefs, google keyword planner, etc.
- Monitor content quality and consistency across various channels, ensuring it aligns with brand standards.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Regularly report on the progress of content production and localization to the SEO Manager.
- Analyze content performance metrics to provide valuable insights for continuous improvement.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting or a similar role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are a must.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Journalism, English, Communications, or similar.
- Understanding of SEO best practices for content and copywriting.
- Familiarity with SEO/Keyword Research tools (such as SemRush, Ahrefs, etc).
- Familiarity with WordPress CMS.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently; strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ace problem-solving skills.
