Groom – NOUS Santorini(2025 Season)JOB OVERVIEWThe Groom stores and delivers to and from rooms guest luggage, ensuring guests receive a high level of personalized serviceDuties and responsibilities:To be present at the entrance or in the lobby areas, ready to assist guests, colleagues and visitors when requested.Promotes the hotel outlets, services and facilities.Handles support equipment properly.Greets all guests in a pleasant courteous and polite manner.Take appropriate action to resolve guest requests or complaints.Is aware of all policies and procedures related to Health, Hygiene & Fire Life Safety.Qualifications:At least 2 years previous experience as a Bell Boy /Groom in 4* or 5* hotelExcellent command of both English and Greek language.Excellent communication skills.Enthusiastic, friendly & self-motivated personality.Flexibility to work various shifts (evening and night shifts), including weekends and holidays.Driving licence category BCompany offers:Career development opportunitiesExcellent working environmentAccommodation and mealsTransportation from and to the hotel
