Would you like to work on projects to improve the promotion of renewable energies? Are you attracted to a diverse and international working environment?Our Construction Department is responsible for the project execution: from Firm Order until the project Take Over / Hand Over to Service department.Responsibilities:Reporting to the Construction Director, the profile is expected to:

Coordinate and supervise fulfilment of safety and environment procedures related to projects, from awareness to auditing process in order to guarantee service level agreements and compliance with regulations and company standards.

Support the Project Manager to Secure customer relationship and increase customer satisfaction.

Support the PM to Represent the organization towards customers and subcontractors

Support the PM to Ensure the key priorities for each project including profitability, cash flow and time.

Support the PM to Develop and monitor projects time plans as well as establish action and recovery plans to ensure compliance with internal targets and customer/ contract expectations.

Support the PM to Guarantee the right reporting and forecasting of time progress and financial performance of each project with transparency, reliability, and accuracy.

Support the PM to Strive for improving on-time and even early completion of the projects to maximize customer satisfaction and financials.

Support the PM to Perform Risk and Opportunities management within the projects, including strategies, action plans and follow-up.

Support the PM to Ensure the establishment of the project execution vision & strategy, based on the contract, in order to achieve the project performance goals.

Support the PM to Make sure that a contract management plan is defined and implemented on project level, as well as a project quality plan, guaranteeing that both customer and Vestas obligations are fulfilled.

Support the PM to Implement Vestas project management and site installation processes and procedures.

Support the PM to Seek for continuous improvement by proposing relevant methods and tools.

Support the PM to supervise and coach the project and site installation team

Support the PM to Participate actively in developing the procurement strategy of projects, selection and assessment of suppliers and ensure sub contracts' compliance with projects requirements and contract/ customer expectations

Support the PM to Provide support in the tendering phase by delivering support to the Bid Management (input to pre-calculations, scope & risk assessments, sites organization, negotiations, etc...)

QualificationsThe final candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in project management support and construction/site management , preferably acquired in the wind industry or in the energy sector.

Preferably owner of an Engineering degree. Master in Project Management or MBA will be also welcomed.

Experience in installation and EPC contracts, especially export and international.

Financial and contract management skills.

Team & people management.

Greek Languange and Strong proficiency in spoken and written Spanish and English. Other languages would be an additional advantage.
