Product Analyst

• Work with internal & external stakeholders to elicit, analyze and document product requirements that contribute to the overall success of Qualco's software solutions;
• Transform product requirements into Functional Specifications by applying established implementation guidelines;
• Work closely with engineering to determine the best solutions and track ongoing development and timelines;
• Validate alignment of engineering deliverables with the functional specifications and transfer knowledge over new product capabilities to internal stakeholders;
• Participate in Client feedback activities and contribute to the elaboration of product road maps;
• Εnsuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

• A B.Sc. degree, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar field;

• At least 2 years of experience in Software Requirements Analysis in IT projects preferably in the Financial Services/Banking sector;
• Analytical thinking, problem solving and decision-making ability;
• An ability to work as part of a team dedicated to delivering quality results;
• A firm command of the Greek and English language and excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills to both technical and non-technical audiences;
• Some familiarity with relational databases will be considered a plus.
