About the Role
This unique hybrid position combines business with executive support, offering a front-row seat to strategic decision-making at the highest level. You'll work closely with our CIO, acting as a trusted advisor and operational right hand, helping drive key initiatives across the business.

- Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Support: Partner with the CIO to drive IT strategy and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Advance PowerPoint: You'll be preparing data and project progress slides for CIO to present
- Business Analysis: Identify inefficiencies, assess data trends, and deliver actionable insights.
- Project Coordination: Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Business Case Development: Create cost-benefit analyses, ROI calculations, and risk assessments.
- Executive Communication: Prepare briefings, presentations, and reports for stakeholders.
- Meeting & Calendar Management: Organize meetings, track action items, and manage the CIO's schedule and expenses.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a key liaison between IT and business units to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Process Improvement: Drive operational efficiency through continuous improvement.
- Cross-Departmental Projects: Support occasional initiatives led by the CFO or finance office.
- Travel: Be ready for frequent business trips across regions.
- You should have
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in IT consulting, business analysis, project management, or executive support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to develop and evaluate IT project business cases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Outstanding proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software (e.g., Jira).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience in IT or technology-driven environments is a plus.
- Fluent business English
