- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of POS systems, peripheral devices, and network equipment.
- Offering training and guidance to end users regarding the use of software and hardware.
- University degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Good understanding of networking concepts
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) will be considered a plus
- Previous experience in IT support role will be considered a plus
