We know we’re not for everyone.We’re for those who think beyond silos, who care how things run and believe that smart decisions unlock real opportunity.Here, you’ll be at the heart of PwC’s dynamic ecosystem – supporting internal teams, driving thoughtful operations, and enabling excellence across the firm.For the proactive, purpose driven, and the ones who know that enabling others is a strength.We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Clients & Markets Professional to join our Clients & Markets, a central cross-functional team sitting across Lines of Services, activating, implementing and monitoring key business development initiatives and growth priorities aligned with our Territory Strategy and Vision, based in Athens.We are engaged in project/change management, driving firm-wide transformation initiatives through setting up virtual groups of collaboration. We oversee our territory account management program. We organize and facilitate workshops and drive action plans. We liaise with PwC global network relevant teams, introducing global initiatives and best practices into our territory.We are also involved in analytics & reporting to monitor performance against preset targets. We design, prepare, maintain and update high quality reports or presentations, combining quantitate or qualitative data from various internal and external sources, providing insights to enable our Leadership Team and Client Facing Senior Professionals to make informed business decisions.SOLVE WHAT OTHERS CAN’TWe’re working for something bigger than ourselves.   • Understand the professional services market by combining quantitative and qualitative information. Conduct trends analysis and develop forecasts, visualize them in high-quality presentations, enabling key decision makers to make informed, data-driven business decisions.
  • Execute territory growth initiatives set by leadership; research new trends and opportunities; develop and oversee investment strategies that support goals; define KPIs to monitor progress vs targets; engage all related stakeholders through regular updates and collaborative sessions to ensure alignment and support for growth strategies.
  • Responsible for planning, organizing, and facilitating workshops for internal stakeholders and, occasionally, external participants.
  • Leverage AI tools to design engaging workshops by tailoring content, automating tasks, and integrating interactive AI-driven activities for successful outcomes.
  • Engage with global and regional teams aligned with the firm’s strategic growth
  • objectives; implement network best practices; ensure alignment with global trends and effectively adapt them to our local operations.
  • Handle ad hoc desk research requests and database queries to support client targeting, workshop presentations, and client meetings.
  • Collaborate firmwide to gather and present key information on Big-Wins and Big-Bets, supporting the firm's Knowledge Management Programme. Assist in the development of case studies and playbooks that integrate both regional and global information.

  • Bachelor's and Master’s (optional) Degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Technology or similar field
  • Possess 4 to 6 years of professional experience within the professional services sector, preferably with a background in consulting services.
  • Fast learner with business acumen, commercial awareness and analytical thinking
  • Experience in reporting in the b2b business, preferably in a complex organization
  • Excellent skills in MS Excel spreadsheets & MS PowerPoint presentations
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills to provide clarity and inclusiveness to support PwC leadership teams in major business decisions
  • Prior experience in CRM, Power BI or other predictive Analytics and Business Intelligence tools will be considered an asset
  • Ability to respond to strict deadlines
