- Analyzing current business operations and constantly exploring ways to maximize sales and profitability.
- Build effective business relationships with Customers.
- Actively pursuing budget and forecast goals with a focus on P&L.
- Execute sales and marketing strategies for maximum market potential and customer satisfaction.
- Identifying new business opportunities & developing objectives and time plan for entry into new markets
- Provide timely and comprehensive reports on sales activities, if requested.
- Keeping good track of sales and business development
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with strong preference in Life Sciences.
- At least 3 years’ pharmaceutical area sales management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
- Computer Literacy.
- Ability to travel for business purposes.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
- Excellent selling, networking, communication and negotiation skills to help build strong business relationships with clients.
- At least 3 years of sales experience within a pharmaceutical company.
