- Respond to incoming MICE group inquiries by preparing tailored proposals in coordination with the Sales team.
- Support the Social Events Sales Manager by drafting offers for weddings and private event requests.
- Maintain accurate records of client communication and follow-ups using CRM systems and templates.
- Conduct the planning and execution of social events (e.g., weddings, celebrations), ensure all event details are accurately documented and communicated.
- Ensure that the right information for the preparation of BEOs is shared in a timely manner with the Events team.
- Provide timely internal updates for upcoming groups and special requirements.
- Work closely with the Reservations, F&B, and Front Office teams to align on VIP handling and guest experience standards.
- Act as the liaison between Sales, Events, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution and consistent client service for special projects and key account bookings as identified by the Director of Sales, MICE.
- Serve as the point of contact for key leisure groups, coordinating logistics and handovers in collaboration with the Events team.
- Collaborate with the events team as a sales on-site presence to preserve and build relationships with the client.
- Work closely with the Reservations, F&B, and Front Office teams to align on VIP handling and guest experience standards.
- Conduct customized site inspections for potential leisure partners, MICE and social clients, showcasing hotel facilities based on their needs.
- Host and entertain clients during their visits as required.
- Acts as sales office representative in Messenia.
- A minimum of three years in a hotel sales and/or events role within a luxury hotel brand.
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc) Business/ Hospitality Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Greek a plus)
- Experience in event execution and group sales
- Experience in sales MICE and/or leisure is preferred
- Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office, Outlook and Opera PMS
- Strong multitasking, time-management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations.
- Ability to work in a team / Develop effective working relationship internally & externally.
- Energetic and innovative task approach, high attention to details, analytical thinking with hands-on action.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer and service-oriented environment.
- Ability to maintain/adhere to company Brand Standards, Policies & SOPs.
