  • Serve as the primary contact for all IT-related support queries from end-users via phone, email, and tickets, ensuring efficient incident logging, classification, and immediate restoration efforts for IT services.
  • Deliver first-line support for computer systems, software, hardware, and mobile devices, linking incidents to relevant records for comprehensive issue tracking.
  • Commit to resolving incidents swiftly in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), while monitoring IT service metrics, infrastructure health, backups, and security, providing insightful reports on their performance.
  • Execute basic IT administrative duties across on-premise and cloud environments, enhancing the IT knowledge base with FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and documentation for common issues.
  • Educate end-users on utilizing self-service tools and knowledge resources, reinforce Group policy adherence, evaluate incident escalation effectiveness, and maintain precise incident ticketing documentation.
  • Uphold ITIL standards, especially in Incident Management, to ensure high-quality IT support and continuous service improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Proven experience in a similar IT Service Desk or technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, particularly Incident Management.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in using ticketing systems and remote assistance tools.
  • Troubleshooting skills for computer systems, software, hardware, and mobile devices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
  • Adherence to regulatory requirements and a commitment to upholding Group policies.
  • Excellent command of the English and Greek language
