Some of your main responsibilities as a Front Office Administrator will be:
  • offering administrative support to ensure office efficiency
  • managing visitors, including clients and staff
  • handling inbound calls and directing them appropriately for effective communication
  • collaborating with various departments internally and addressing requests in a customer service-oriented manner
  • managing incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and related tasks for office organization
  • booking meeting rooms and coordinating logistics for smooth meetings
  • acting as the first point of contact for office inquiries and providing proactive assistance
  • entering customer requests into the CRM database
  • providing assistance and guidance to customers and guests as the initial point of contact
The ideal candidate for the Front Office Administrator position should have:
  • university/college degree will be considered as a plus
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • excellent knowledge on the Greek and English language
  • knowledge of CRM systems (considered a plus
  • communication skills
  • friendly and approachable demeanor
  • patience and attentiveness to visitor needs
  • multitasking abilities
  • efficient time management skills
  • Previous work experience in an admin role
