- Partners closely with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with the organization’s strategic goals, focusing on staffing, talent acquisition, retention, training, performance management, and organizational development.
- Designs, leads, and implements HR policies, procedures, training programs, and employee surveys that reflect and support the company’s evolving needs.
- Ensures full compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations, proactively managing risk and legal exposure.
- Identifies current and future staffing and recruiting needs, actively participating in the talent acquisition process and overseeing effective talent management practices.
- Fosters a positive and engaging work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and team spirit.
- Develops and manages the HR budget, while also supporting Hotel General Managers in the preparation of individual hotel staffing budgets.
- Acts as a strategic advisor to management on all HR-related matters, providing insights and solutions that support business decisions and employee well-being.
- Drives and implements the company’s Employer Branding Strategy, ensuring the organization is positioned as an employer of choice in the hospitality industry by highlighting its culture, values, employee experience, and career development opportunities.
- Stays current with the latest HR trends, best practices, and legal updates, applying this knowledge to continuously improve HR policies and practices for the benefit of the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ Experience in a Similar position – preferably within Hospitality field
- Knowledge of local Labor Law and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English language
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent user of MS Office Suite
- The position is Athens based and includes travelling to Santorini and Paros, based on season’s needs
