Job description We are looking for a highly energetic, results driven and detail-oriented individual to join our booking team as a Booking Team Member . As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for managing bookings, communicating with customers, and overseeing Property Management Systems (PMS) and Channel Managers to ensure seamless operations. Responsibilities: Manage bookings and reservations efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and address concerns promptly and professionally. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth handling of bookings and guest requests. Utilize Property Management Systems (PMS) and Channel Managers to update inventory, rates, and availability across multiple platforms. Monitor and analyze booking trends, occupancy rates, and guest feedback to optimize revenue and enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and drive bookings. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Management, Tourism Business Management or Business Administration preferred Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry preferred. Knowledge of using Property Management Systems (PMS) and Channel Manager is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. -Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
