- Document customer interactions and feedback to enhance service quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and features in the social media landscape to assist customers effectively.
- Fluency in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, especially in the tech or social media industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Technical aptitude with the willingness to learn about social media tools and trends.
- Experience with customer service software or platforms is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
