Deliver exceptional in-game support to Portuguese-speaking players via chat and email.
Troubleshoot and resolve gameplay issues, account inquiries, and technical problems.
Maintain detailed records of player interactions and solutions within the support system.
Collaborate with game developers and other teams to escalate complex player issues effectively.
Engage with the gaming community, providing guidance and sharing best practices.
Stay updated on game trends, developments, and updates to offer knowledgeable support.
Requirements
Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or gaming support is an advantage.
A proactive problem-solving mindset with a passion for gaming.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Familiarity with gaming platforms and common technical support practices.
