Required skills

Fluent in Norwegian
Working proficiency in English
Excellent communication skills
Processing refund requests for automatic renewals
Resolving activation issues (Error 2: Activation Key not found...) related to software
Troubleshooting and resolving download issues
Handling billing inquiries regarding automatic renewal charges
Supervising upgrades for enhanced protection
Assisting users in onboarding for subscription services
Addressing and resolving VPN connection problems ("Connection Error: Secure VPN has experienced a connection failure. Please try again later.")
Managing updates for credit card information
Utilizing strong PC skills, multitasking abilities, flexibility, and maintaining a professional approach, including punctuality and attendance, along with soft skills
