It comes from our belief that life is richer when we truly connect to the people and the world around us.About the location: Located on the coastline of Kalo Livadi Bay, Four Seasons Resort Mykonos, will offer 94 spacious rooms, villas, and suites with exquisite views of the Aegean Sea. The brand-new build will take shape on an unspoiled 60,000 square meters of land, spanning from the sandy beaches to the picturesque coastal cliffs. To honor the culture and heritage of the destination, the Resort will be built in the Cycladic style that is synonymous with Mykonos, featuring white cubic architecture with bright spots of blue. The hotel will redefine luxury hospitality on the island. The Resort will offer an exciting variety of restaurants and bars, such as an al-fresco pool-side Italian venue, an authentic Mykonian Kafeneio, a contemporary steak house, and a vibrant beach club. In year 2, this will be supplemented with a Marina.The Role of Learning & Development Manager:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Manager to join our Four Seasons Resort Mykonos opening team in Greece!Reporting directly to the Assistant Director of People & Culture, you will lead the learning and development strategy for the resort. You will be instrumental in creating a culture of continuous growth and excellence, supporting the resort’s vision to be the Employer of Choice and ensuring all employees feel supported and empowered to thrive.As Learning & Development Manager, you will oversee the full cycle of learning—from onboarding and core training to leadership development and performance coaching. You will collaborate with department leaders to assess learning needs, drive engagement through creative training solutions, and ensure all learning initiatives align with Four Seasons standards and values. You will also play a key role in embedding the Golden Rule into every learning touchpoint and shaping a purpose-driven employee experience.Our Ideal Learning & Development Manager candidate will have:

A true passion for people development and service excellence.
Previous experience in learning and training, ideally within luxury hospitality.
A creative and strategic mindset, with strong facilitation and coaching skills.
The ability to connect with and inspire a diverse group of learners.
Fluency in Greek and English, and legal eligibility to work in Greece.
