- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR policies that align with Atlas Copco's vision and local regulations. Guide regional HR operations to support business goals.
- Talent Acquisition & Development: Lead recruitment efforts, nurture employee growth, and manage relations to ensure we have the best team in place.
- Compensation & Benefits: Create fair and competitive salary structures, ensure accurate payroll, and oversee social benefits across the region.
- Safety & Compliance: Promote a safe, healthy, and compliant working environment.
- HR Reporting: Provide insightful HR reports to guide decision-making and strategy.
- Employer Branding: Enhance our reputation as an employer of choice through effective branding initiatives.
- Experience: At least five years of HR experience, with strong expertise in strategic leadership, employee relations, and recruitment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Economics; Master's in Human Resource Management.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills. Proficiency in English and advanced PC literacy. Native in Greek.
