Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR policies that align with Atlas Copco's vision and local regulations. Guide regional HR operations to support business goals.
Talent Acquisition & Development: Lead recruitment efforts, nurture employee growth, and manage relations to ensure we have the best team in place.
Compensation & Benefits: Create fair and competitive salary structures, ensure accurate payroll, and oversee social benefits across the region.
Safety & Compliance: Promote a safe, healthy, and compliant working environment.
HR Reporting: Provide insightful HR reports to guide decision-making and strategy.
Employer Branding: Enhance our reputation as an employer of choice through effective branding initiatives.

To succeed, you will need

Experience: At least five years of HR experience, with strong expertise in strategic leadership, employee relations, and recruitment.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Economics; Master's in Human Resource Management.
Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills. Proficiency in English and advanced PC literacy. Native in Greek.
Attributes: A dynamic, proactive attitude with strong leadership and conflict resolution skills. A team player who can motivate and inspire others.
