Our Trainee program that starts in October 2025, has a tailor-made curriculum, designed by our specialist Trainers to equip you with the theoretical and practical knowledge you need to be able to work in any of our Technical Departments, like Data Center Operations, Cybersecurity, SOC & Software Development. The following activities will be within your area of responsibility: - Be open to learn new things and enjoy the learning journey.
- Study the offered training material and participate in the formal training process.
- Complete tasks, team projects, assignments, etc. that are set by the Trainers.
- Learn to work as part of a team and as a project leader to practice accountability and develop a professional mindset.
- Develop your soft skills through structured workshops and team-building activities.
- Work alongside experienced IT professionals to gain practical experience and insights.
Your Profile - Young professional, looking for a career change into the IT or Cybersecurity field.
- Fresh high-school graduate, university graduate or drop-out from non-IT related field of study.
- Passionate about IT and enthusiastic for modern technologies with a strong willingness to learn.
- Basic familiarity with computers and technology.
- Great team player mentality with an open and friendly personality.
- Great communication skills with good knowledge of English.
