Previous experience as a Sommelier in fine dining or luxury hospitality
Formal wine education (e.g., WSET Level 2 or higher) preferred
Deep knowledge of global wine regions, varietals, and food pairings
Fluency in English
Strong communication and guest service skills
Passion for wine and a commitment to continuous learning
