About the opportunityAre you passionate about fostering meaningful connections and enhancing employee engagement?Do you thrive on creating clear and impactful communication?Then this role might be for you!As our team expands, we're looking for a Rider Communication & Engagement Senior Specialist to lead the development and execution of comprehensive internal and external communication strategies aimed at informing, engaging, and empowering our riders. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of communication efforts with company objectives, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.What you'll do:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive internal and external communication strategies to inform, engage, and empower riders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of communication efforts with company objectives
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of communication initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Initiate and execute employer branding and engagement strategy initiatives, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Evaluate feedback and translate it into actionable recommendations aiming at reinforcing rider engagement and culture
  • Review, design, and execute benefits, reward, and recognition programs to enhance rider satisfaction and retention
  • Localize and adapt global best practices in rider engagement strategy to suit local contexts and preferences
  • Initiate CSR/volunteering activities to demonstrate our commitment to social responsibility and community involvement
What you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in developing and executing communication strategies, particularly in engaging diverse communities
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive them to successful completion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English, with a keen eye for detail and a knack for crafting compelling content
  • Creativity and innovation in designing engagement initiatives and fostering a sense of community
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Prior experience in employer branding, CSR, or volunteer management is preferred
