- Manage core sales operations processes, including CRM and ERP usage, reporting, logistics, case handling, and money collection
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures
- Serve as the communication bridge between Sales and internal departments (IT, Production, Engineering, Accounting, After Sales, Front Desk, Logistics)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, and Operations to implement process improvements
- Train the sales team on products and internal processes to ensure sales excellence
- Improve sales representatives' efficiency in managing leads, accounts, and time
- Analyze sales data for assigned regions and provide actionable insights
- Support sales reps and customers in utilizing provided tools
- Own and manage the case funnel end-to-end
- Conduct regular customer visits to gather direct feedback
- Prepare and deliver operational, strategic, and tactical reports to stakeholders
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
- Proven B2B sales experience in a technical or industrial environment
- Fluent in German (written and spoken)
- Strong familiarity with CRM and ERP systems
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
