People whose unique personality and ideas will strengthen our team and contribute to Metron's continued success.The ideal candidates will be self-motivated B2B Sales Engineers who will aim at developing relationships with key accounts to maximize revenue and client retention. They will be part of Metron Sales Team, and they will refer firstly to our Commercial Director.Sales Operations Specialist (German Speaker)Responsibilities:
  • Manage core sales operations processes, including CRM and ERP usage, reporting, logistics, case handling, and money collection
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures
  • Serve as the communication bridge between Sales and internal departments (IT, Production, Engineering, Accounting, After Sales, Front Desk, Logistics)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, and Operations to implement process improvements
  • Train the sales team on products and internal processes to ensure sales excellence
  • Improve sales representatives' efficiency in managing leads, accounts, and time
  • Analyze sales data for assigned regions and provide actionable insights
  • Support sales reps and customers in utilizing provided tools
  • Own and manage the case funnel end-to-end
  • Conduct regular customer visits to gather direct feedback
  • Prepare and deliver operational, strategic, and tactical reports to stakeholders
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
  • Proven B2B sales experience in a technical or industrial environment
  • Fluent in German (written and spoken)
  • Strong familiarity with CRM and ERP systems
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
