A global leader in the premium spirits industry is looking for a highly analytical and experienced HR Generalist to become a key member of its HR team. This role is a unique opportunity to directly impact the people strategy by managing and optimizing the company's compensation and benefits frameworks. This HR Generalist will be the go-to expert for all C&B-related matters, ensuring practices are competitive, fair, and aligned with business goals.For this HR Generalist role, benefits include:

The HR Generalist will be responsible for:
  • Compensation & Benefits: Managing and administering annual salary increase and bonus campaigns
  • Salary Benchmarking: Conducting regular salary surveys and ad-hoc analysis on compensation and benefits to ensure offerings remain competitive
  • Budgeting & Reporting: Preparing reports and providing analysis on employment costs on a bi-monthly basis for the Group
  • Payroll: Overseeing and monitoring the outsourced payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Process Management: Leading and coordinating annual merit campaigns and other C&B-related initiatives
  • Digital Work Card: Ensuring full compliance with and managing the processes related to the Digital Work Card system
  • HR Advisory: Acting as a subject matter expert, providing ad-hoc C&B analysis and support to the head of HR and management team
To be considered for this HR Generalist role, candidates should have:
  • Demonstrated experience working in a dedicated Compensation & Benefits (C&B) or Payroll role
  • Fluency in both Greek and English
  • Strong MS Office skills, with a particular emphasis on advanced Excel
  • Familiarity with modern HR systems (e.g., Workday)
  • A solid understanding of the Greek labor market and common C&B practices
