- Compensation & Benefits: Managing and administering annual salary increase and bonus campaigns
- Salary Benchmarking: Conducting regular salary surveys and ad-hoc analysis on compensation and benefits to ensure offerings remain competitive
- Budgeting & Reporting: Preparing reports and providing analysis on employment costs on a bi-monthly basis for the Group
- Payroll: Overseeing and monitoring the outsourced payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Process Management: Leading and coordinating annual merit campaigns and other C&B-related initiatives
- Digital Work Card: Ensuring full compliance with and managing the processes related to the Digital Work Card system
- HR Advisory: Acting as a subject matter expert, providing ad-hoc C&B analysis and support to the head of HR and management team
- Demonstrated experience working in a dedicated Compensation & Benefits (C&B) or Payroll role
- Fluency in both Greek and English
- Strong MS Office skills, with a particular emphasis on advanced Excel
- Familiarity with modern HR systems (e.g., Workday)
- A solid understanding of the Greek labor market and common C&B practices
