- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, directing them promptly to the appropriate person or department.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and a professional appearance.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, managing and updating calendars accordingly.
- Coordinate conference room reservations and set up meeting rooms as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Receive and distribute mail and packages and handle outgoing mail.
- Manage office supplies inventory, reordering supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in special projects assigned by management as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree is considered a plus.
- Prior experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Advanced business writing and oral skills both in Greek and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
