
Finance Lead (G&A)

- You will conduct cost analysis against budget and forecasts, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities while providing strategic recommendations.
- You will influence senior leadership team in a corporate global environment and contribute to the overall financial health of the Company.
- You will drive automation, improve financial processes and modelling to enhance efficiency.
- You will ensure accurate and timely month-end closing by coordinating with Regional Managers, Statutory Group Financial Controllers, Country Accountants, AP and GL teams.
- You will act as a business partner for G&A Senior Leadership, distributing monthly departmental reports and supporting financial decision-making.
- You will upload forecasts in Oracle and ensure journal entries are completed on time.
- You will assist the Financial Controller with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
- You will collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations and group policies.
- You will support the formulation of the Global OPEX and CAPEX Annual Budget and Monthly Actuals
- You will manage and report on employee attrition and related costs, ensuring cost minimization upon termination.
- Strong experience in an administrative or executive support role within financial services, fintech, or technology sectors.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and communication platforms.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently
