Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities in the kitchen
Ensure food quality and presentation meet high standards
Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
Monitor and control food costs and inventory
Handle special dietary requests and menu modifications
Manage kitchen operations efficiently and effectively

Requirements:

Culinary degree or equivalent experience
Proven experience as a chef in a high-volume kitchen
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of kitchen management and food safety regulations
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences
