Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
Collaborate with the customer service team to enhance overall customer experience.
Participate in ongoing training to keep up-to-date with best practices in customer service and retail.
Requirements
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
Strong commitment to customer service, particularly in an online retail environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Detail-oriented with a focus on providing high-quality service.
Experience in customer support or e-commerce is preferred.
Familiarity with digital communication tools and e-commerce platforms.
