Junior Credit Control Officer Responsibilities Follow & implement the company’s credit control procedures. Participate in recording, monitoring, and controlling of customers’ commercial agreements. Assist in the calculation, reporting and analysis of customers’ commercial agreements, customers’ promotional activities, and open account balances. Participate in the issuance of credit notes to customers for commercial activities Work closely with other teams to collect and manage customers credit data (payments, reconciliations, commercial agreements, and promotional activities, etc.) Liaise with colleagues to ensure swift resolution of issues or queries raised in relation to customers. Assist in the preparation of standard and ad hoc reports (cashflow forecasts, collection status analysis, accounts receivable aging, DSO analysis etc.) Communicate with customers for settlement of open balances and payments. Communicate with transportation and courier companies for collection of payments. Cooperate effectively with departments of Customer Support, Sales, Supply Chain, Accounting, & FP&A. Requirements 1-2 years of experience in a finance/ credit control environment University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field Excellent English language skills (oral and written) Experience with ERP systems. Familiarity with SAP would be considered as a plus Advanced MS Office user particularly in Excel Well-developed verbal and written communication skills with internal & external stakeholders to negotiate tactfully. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Work equally well independently or as part of team. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
