  • Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion and adherence to plans.
  • Proactively identify risks and promptly escalate them to client management, while proposing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Assess the significance and impact of issues and take necessary steps to ensure their resolution.
  • Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration among all stakeholders involved in the projects.
  • Serve as a liaison between account managers, our creative & performance production team, fostering effective coordination and alignment.
  • Collaborate closely with the teams, prioritize, schedule, and assign tasks, while actively managing the pipeline in real-time.
  • Conduct daily morning meetings with Account Leads and Chief Directors to provide updates, review deferred tasks, understand business priorities, and manage potential conflicts.
  • Assume the role of the primary administrator for our production management platform, Wrike, overseeing project, tasks, user management, toolsets and more. Additionally, act as the go-to person for Project Management & Wrike trainings.
  • Review user time logs and generate comprehensive project and brand level, time and budget consumption reports.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency setting.
  • Business understanding and ability to prioritize creative tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and propose effective mitigation actions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and ensure effective stakeholder management.
  • Can-do mentality, focused in finding solutions and handling pressure from both our account managers / client service team and our creative department.
  • Growth mindset, willingness to learn how our agency works and how much effort and time every unique task needs.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and timely resolution of issues.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, including experience with platforms such as Wrike.
  • Familiarity with creative production processes and the ability to effectively coordinate between account managers and creative teams.
  • Solid understanding of budget management and reporting principles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • MBA or PMP Certification are considered a strong plus.
