- Warmly welcome and assist both phone callers and in-person visitors to our office.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and information resource for all incoming requests.
- Efficiently coordinate couriers, handling the receipt and dispatch of envelopes and parcels.
- Manage office supplies, ensuring an organized and well-stocked workspace.
- Provide guidance to candidates on the online registration process.
- Responsively handle candidate inquiries received through the company website.
- Maintain a systematic record and oversee the progress of incoming client inquiries.
- Take charge of posting and overseeing job advertisements on various job boards.
- Assist in managing the company's social media channels by scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
- Support the creation of marketing materials, including presentations and digital content.
- Offer translation services for press releases, fluently translating between Greek and English.
- Perform light secretarial duties to support daily operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of one year of professional experience in a similar administrative or support role, within a corporate environment.
- Full professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Excellent computer literacy, with strong proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing deadlines with a positive attitude.
- A certificate or any formal training in Marketing will be considered a plus.
- You have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
- You have a detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy.
- You are proficient in Google Suite and have familiarity with using technology.
- You speak and write Greek and English fluently.
