Provide top-notch customer support to Danish-speaking airline customers across multiple communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding flight bookings, alterations, and cancellations.
Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Share accurate information about airline services, policies, and promotional offers with customers.
Document customer interactions meticulously and maintain comprehensive records.
Collaborate with the team to achieve performance metrics and improve customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on airline industry trends to offer knowledgeable assistance.
Requirements
Fluent in Danish (native level) and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
Prior experience in customer service, ideally within the airline or travel sector.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues effectively.
Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems) is a plus.
Willingness to work remotely and adapt to a flexible schedule.
