- Supervising front office operations during the overnight shift.
- Performing end-of-day closing procedures and prepare financial reports.
- Providing excellent customer service to guests checking in or out during overnight hours, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
- Handling guest requests promptly and professionally, including providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Processing check-ins and check-outs for late arrivals and early departures, ensuring all guest requests and issues are resolved promptly.
- Managing the front desk operations during the night shift, handling guest inquiries, and addressing any concerns or complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Performing administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and handling phone calls or emails as needed.
- Maintaining knowledge of hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and to assist guests with their needs.
- Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the hotel remains clean, safe, and operational throughout the night.
- Ensuring all night shift duties are completed in accordance with hotel standards before the end of the shift.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in a similar role in the 5-star hotels or high-volume venues
- Degree in Hospitality / Tourism
- Excellent knowledge of English language. Any additional language will be considered an asset
- Proficient knowledge of PMS (preferably Fidelio or Opera) and the Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
