- Handle inbound sales inquiries from potential clients and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Conduct cold calling and upselling activities to maximize sales potential.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese (both written and spoken) and proficiency in English at a B2 level.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales, including cold calling and upselling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work the shift from 02:00 PM to 23:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Gross Salary: 1,700 per month plus performance bonus
- Annual Salary: 14 salaries (12 monthly payments plus additional payments during Easter, summer, and Christmas)
