- Receive customer questions, complaints, and comments regarding the lifecycle of a qualified certificate for electronic signatures and seals
- Be responsible for the quick and efficient response to the customer via phone & email
- Be a member of Local Registration Authority and follow KYC policies and procedures to review and analyze customer-provided documentation such as identification documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues related to certificates and seals and offer technical assistance to customers who encounter difficulties with the software or online platforms
- Collaborate with other Departments such as sales, product development, or technical teams to address customer needs effectively and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Excellent knowledge of English language, both oral and written
- Basic Pc skills and MS office
- Advanced problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Great communication skills
- Team Player
- Any bachelor’s degree will be considered as plus
