Job DescriptionPerformance Media Specialist (12-14 months fixed term contract, full time)We are looking for two (2) motivated Performance Media Specialists to join two of our Media Agencies, Starcom and Zenith, due to maternity leaves. In this role you will plan and activate performance marketing platforms for leading multinational and local accounts. The role requires knowledge of digital marketing tools and proven work on results-driven projects to deliver successful performance marketing campaigns.Responsibilities:

Create and manage Google Ads and Social Media campaigns on time and budget
Monitor, measure, and report of performance marketing campaigns according to ROI goals and KPIs
Identify and analyze data to optimize campaigns performance
Ensure the quality and accuracy of campaign execution
Keep up to date with new products and features of digital marketing platforms
Programmatic experience will be considered a big plus

Qualifications

1 to 2 years of experience in similar position
University degree in Mathematics, Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field (Msc is a plus)
Knowledge of digital marketing platforms especially Google Ads and Social Media
Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Communication skills with the ability to adapt in agile ways of working
Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools, Excel proficiency is a must
Fluent in Greek and English
