Deliver high-quality technical support to German-speaking customers through multiple communication platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly.
Document all customer interactions accurately and manage support tickets efficiently.
Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex inquiries as necessary.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills in IT support.
Actively contribute to improving service quality and customer satisfaction based on feedback.
Requirements
Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal.
Previous experience in IT support, service desk, or customer service roles is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.
Understanding of operating systems, software applications, and basic networking concepts.
Familiarity with support tools and ticketing systems is advantageous.
