Keen to further empower our team by onboarding more talent, we are looking for a Facilities and Constructions Engineer to join our Facilities Department in Neo Olvio, Xanthi. The role is responsible for the coordination of workshops that are dealing with the maintenance of building facilities and the accomplishment of various projects related to the improvement of the facilities. Key activities and responsibilities of this role include: Mapping floor plans of production areas Receiving tender offers from contractors for facility maintenance Processing orders for department needs Supervision of contractors Managing shift schedule Completing all assigned projects within timelines Ensuring that the procedures are following EHS standards Job requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field 2-5 years of experience in a similar position Proficient in Microsoft Office Fluency in English & Greek Basic knowledge of AutoCAD Completed military obligations, for male candidates Strong multi-tasking, decision-making and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork skills What we offer you back To start with, we give you the opportunity to thrive in a restless team and grow your potential in an innovative environment.
