As we continue to grow across stores and digital channels, we’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you won’t just work with numbers — you’ll turn data into insights that help shape the collections, decisions, and direction of a brand that inspires thousands every day. You report directly to CFO.What You'll Be Doing· Collect and input accurate financial and operational data into the ERP system and relevant databases, ensuring data integrity and consistency.· Support the company’s Management Information System (MIS) by gathering, processing, and analyzing data to produce timely and meaningful business reports.· Assist in the preparation of financial statements and presentations, including profit & loss reports, balance sheets, cash flow statements, accounts payable/receivable summaries, and management decks.· Provide insightful analysis and propose creative solutions to optimize costs, improve margins, and enhance overall financial performance.· Monitor and evaluate financial results by comparing actual outcomes against forecasts and budgets, highlighting key variances.· Participate actively in budgeting and forecasting processes across all subsidiaries, ensuring accurate and timely data submission and consolidation.· Support the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.RequirementsWhat We're Looking For· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration· 4 plus years of experience in financial and/or accounting analysis, ideally involving monthly closing and reporting· Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset· Ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear, actionable reports· Advanced Excel skills; experience with databases or ERP systems (Softone, Power BI) is a plus· Tech-savvy and comfortable working with financial and reporting tools· Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal)· Team player with strong interpersonal and active listening skills· Critical thinker with the ability to assess and synthesize complex informationBenefitsWhy Celestino· We offer a competitive compensation package that truly reflects your experience, skills, and the value you bring to our team.· Unlock your full potential through ongoing training programs, workshops, and access to industry insights that help you grow personally and professionally.· We believe in promoting from within.
