- Relationship Cultivation: Build and foster strong, enduring relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within your assigned portfolio of French-speaking clients. Serve as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Client Champion: Understand client objectives, challenges, and success metrics. Proactively identify how our solutions can help them achieve their goals, ensuring high adoption rates and satisfaction.
- Strategic Growth & Sales: Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling additional products or services to meet evolving client needs. Drive contract renewals and proactively address any potential risks of client churn.
- Onboarding & Utilization: Guide clients through successful onboarding processes, ensuring seamless implementation and effective utilization of our software solutions.
- Performance Insight & Reporting: Monitor client health and usage data, proactively addressing potential issues. Prepare and deliver regular business reviews to clients, demonstrating value and pinpointing areas for improvement or growth.
- Issue Resolution: Act as an escalation point for client concerns, coordinating with internal teams (technical support, product, finance) to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and share valuable feedback from the French market regarding product requirements, competitive landscape, and customer trends to inform our product development and sales strategies.
- Continuous Development: Stay current with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in both customer success and sales.
- Language Fluency: Native or near-native (C2) fluency in French is essential, including an understanding of business etiquette and cultural nuances. Strong English communication skills (B2/C1) are also required for internal communication, training, and collaboration with global teams.
- B2B Sales Background: A minimum of 1 year of proven B2B sales experience is a must, ideally in an Account Management, Customer Success, or Inside Sales role with a focus on client expansion.
- Client-Centric Mindset: A genuine passion for client success, with a proactive approach to relationship building and problem-solving.
- Exceptional Communicator: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport, articulate complex value propositions, deliver impactful presentations, and negotiate effectively.
- Results-Driven: A highly motivated, target-driven individual who performs well under pressure and is not deterred by challenges.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable utilizing CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), customer success platforms, and generally proficient with technology solutions.
- Analytical Problem-Solver: Strong analytical skills to identify client needs, interpret data, and propose relevant solutions.
