Mercier Consultancy is actively seeking Italian-speaking Sales Agents to join our Telecommunications department in Athens, Greece. This is an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic sales professionals who are passionate about telecommunications and eager to engage with clients in the Italian language.As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our telecommunications products and services, providing excellent customer service, and building lasting client relationships.   • Engage with Italian-speaking customers to promote telecommunications solutions.
  • Provide comprehensive product information and support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Manage leads and maintain customer records accurately.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with team members to support marketing initiatives and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with post-sale follow-up and inquiries to ensure customer loyalty.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal; your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably within telecommunications or related industries.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to relocate to or currently residing in Athens, Greece.
