- Providing administrative support to the recruitment team, including managing schedules and organizing appointments.
- Handling incoming calls and correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional communication with clients and candidates.
- Coordinating interviews and meetings with candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.
- Managing office supplies, equipment, and relationships with external partners.
- Providing ad-hoc support to the team as needed, including special projects and tasks.
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Previous professional experience in administrative or secretarial support.
- Proficiency in both Greek and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively.
