- Day-to-day support all ERP business users by providing guidance, and solutions to their business requests
- Help Desk - Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical or business process assistance over the phone or email
- Perform remote troubleshooting, handling ticketing tool
- Conducting UAT for new ERP development
- Drive activities with users to gather information required to be analyzed
- Support leadership and internal teams by providing useful data, insights, and business reports
- Be engaged in different projects to build specific experience in the field of Business and IT controls, as well as the related management processes
- User training
- Bachelor's and or a Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Analytical & problem solving skills and ability to pay attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to solve problems
- Excellent Knowledge of MS Office 365 application
- Basic programming experience (SQL scripting, python, HTML5, XML, JavaScript) will be considered an asset
- Knowledge of SAP ERP will be considered an asset
- Knowledge of HL7 communication standard
- Knowledge in relational databases
- Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly
- Working experience on a similar field is a plus
- Proficiency in English
- Military service fulfilled where applicable
