Take a look at some of our impactful projects here: https://netcompany.com/cases/Job DescriptionAre you ready to join the forefront of technology as an IT Consultant (Junior-mid) in Netcompany?Joining us as an IT Consultant (Junior-Mid), you will have the opportunity to be a part of our highly skilled agile team that designs, deploys, customizes, and supports the development and implementation of large-scale applications or projects related to Enterprise solutions.As an IT Consultant (Junior-Mid), you will:

Participate and/or lead the workshops with the customer, in order to gather business requirements and perform a fit/gap analysis
Write the Project's Deliverables
Map user requirements to system capabilities
Coordinate with the developers' team for software customizations
Execute tests with manual, semi-automated or automated methods (for functional and non-functional test activities)
Track the test outputs and monitor their resolution
Participate and/or lead the User Acceptance Test (UAT), support activities and act as a point of contact for the Customer's Users
Prepare test analysis reporting with a clear view on the qualitative status
Act as a liaison between customer stakeholders and communicate customer issues to the relevant technical teams
Offer consulting services, through reporting, coordination and collaboration with the customer.

QualificationsWhat would make you a fit for the role:

Degree in Computer Science or a relative discipline
1-3 years of experience in IT Consulting, Business Analysis, Manual or Automation Testing
Analytical thinking personality with problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and strong presentation skills
Fast learning skills and quick adaptation to complex business environments
Fluency in the English language

It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:

Experience in Agile methodologies
Experience in IT consulting and systems implementation
Experience with Business Process Models and Notation
Experience with Business Rules Management System
Experience in UAT
Experience in software development and databases
