Deliver an exceptional in-room dining service to guests, ensuring a luxurious and personalized experience.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely and precise delivery.
Set up, serve and clear in-room dining trays according to brand standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the IRD area and equipment.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen and the departments to ensure smooth operations.
Provide recommendations to guests regarding menu items and beverages.
Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, adhering to health and safety protocols.

Requirements

Previous experience as a waiter/ waitress in luxury hotels or fine dining establishments is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer- focused approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work in shifts.
A professional appearance and commitment to uphold the resort’s luxury standards.
