Assist Swedish-speaking clients by providing outstanding support via phone, email, and live chat.
Promptly resolve customer inquiries and complaints while ensuring a positive experience.
Document customer interactions accurately for reference and follow-up.

Stay current with product knowledge, services, and company policies to effectively assist customers.
Adhere to company guidelines and standards to maintain a high level of service quality.
Requirements
Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Prior experience in customer service is an advantage, but not mandatory
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Familiarity with customer support software or tools is a plus
Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup
