Key account manager- Managed Document Services (MDS) Group

• Manage and expand a portfolio of clients across various sectors, including well-known Greek & international/multinational companies and financial institutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Develop tailored solutions to meet client needs and present proposals effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless integration and post-sales support.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends & vendor's solutions and products to provide expert guidance to clients.
• Business development of Document Management solutions (Docuware, and other related software packages of our company's portfolio)

• 6+ years of experience in account management or b2b sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in the following areas: printing, document management, security
• Ability to understand and present product/solution features and benefits.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field preferred.
